Do you work on a retainer?

Yes, we prefer the retainer pricing model rather than hourly or task-based pricing. Over the years, we’ve found this is the best model to maximize output and ROI for our clients. But, if you’re dead set on another pricing structure, let’s talk! 

Can I customize my pricing with you?

Of course! We’ve put together some pricing plans based on our data from previous projects. However, we understand every business and brand is unique. We’ll work with you to get the right pricing for your needs – we promise… 

What if my needs changes?

This happens all the time. We set a scope of work, and then 6 months into the project we’re working on something completely different for our clients. And that’s totally okay… as our time together progresses, our team will keep an eye on the deliverables, and if we need to discuss a shift in requirements, we’ll let you know and come up with a plan.

We sure do… you can check out a few of our case studies on our Work Page. We can also send you some more specific examples when you schedule a consultation with our team. There’s a lot of work in our portfolio and we’re excited to share…so just ask! 

What is the onboarding process like?

We know that time is of the essence, so we like to work quickly. Once you scope of work and agreement is signed and ready, we’ll schedule an introductory kickoff meeting with you and your team. This usually happens within a week, with another week for planning and preparation for launch. All told we can start production (depending on requirements) within two weeks of starting.

Why is hiring an agency better than hiring someone in-house?

One word: overhead.
